I am the Chief Instructor in the Tasman area. I am solely repsonsible for the instruction in my branches. So, please refrain from 'helping out' and offering instruction to fellow class members. Any questions should be asked directly to the Instructor.
Firstly; offering advice to those of a higher rank is arrogance. Arrogance is an attitude which will severely hinder you progress.
Secondly; Offering advice to those junior, is assuming that your own technique is correct.
Instructing is to be performed by myself, and anyone whom I specifically appoint.
If I do appoint you to Instruct, you should perform to your very best. If you are lazy, those being taught will follow your lead.
